SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

SUBTITLE 22. SAFETY INSPECTIONS

ยง 22-1. DEFINITIONS.

(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANING INDICATED.

(B) CITY PROPERTY.

(1) "CITY PROPERTY" MEANS ANY REAL PROPERTY, WHETHER IMPROVED OR UNIMPROVED, THAT IS:

(I) OWNED, LEASED, OR CONTROLLED BY THE CITY; OR



(II) OCCUPIED BY ANY AGENCY OR OTHER UNIT OF CITY GOVERNMENT.

(2) "CITY PROPERTY" INCLUDES BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, LOTS, WHARVES AND DOCKS, AND OTHER PLACES.
