(B) CITY STRUCTURE.

?CITY STRUCTURE? MEANS ANY BUILDING OR OTHER STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENT TO REAL PROPERTY THAT:

(1) IS OWNED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE; AND



(2) HAS BEEN OR IS BEING USED FOR A MUNICIPAL FUNCTION OR PUBLIC PURPOSE, INCLUDING OFFICES, WORK PLACES, SCHOOLS, FIRE STATIONS, POLICE STATIONS, MONUMENTS, RECREATIO...
