§ 271. DEFINITIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) BENEFICIARY.
“BENEFICIARY” MEANS ANY PERSON WHO:
(1) HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY FOR MORE THAN $300,000; OR
(2) WILL BENEFIT FROM MORE THAN $5,000,000 IN ASSISTANCE FOR A CITY-SUBSIDIZED PROJECT.
(C) CITY-SUBSIDIZED PROJECT.
