(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) CONTRACT.
"CONTRACT" MEANS A LEASE, MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, SERVICE AGREEMENT, LOAN, BOND, GUARANTEE, OR OTHER SIMILAR AGREEMENT TO WHICH THE CITY IS A PARTY AND IN WHICH THE CITY HAS A PROPRIETARY INTEREST.
