Residential Permit Parking Program
FOR the purpose of reorganizing and clarifying the Residential Permit Parking Law; requiring continued maintenance and use of available or required off-street parking spaces; specifying eligibility requirements for parking permits, including compliance with certain Zoning Code requirements; modifying the criteria for and scope of administrative amendments to a Parking Management Plan; prohibiting certain conduct by permit applicants, permit holders, and others; imposing certain penalties; authorizing certain enforcement procedures; establishing a Residential Permit Parking Advisory Board; correcting, clarifying, and conforming certain language; and generally relating to the Residential Permit Parking Program.
