FOR the purpose of endorsing One Nation’s rally on October 2, 2010, expressing support for the goals of the One Nation movement to reorder the nation’s priorities and to address unemployment, immigration, and economic issues, and encouraging Baltimore City residents to attend the October 2 rally at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.

WHEREAS, Our Nation is gripped by the worst economic crisis in 80 years; and

WHEREAS, Official unemployment is nearly 10% while real unemployment, factoring in involuntary part-time and discouraged workers, is nearly double the official count; and

WHEREAS, Baltimore City’s unemployment rate is higher than the national average and is particularly high for youth; and

WHEREAS, Our Nation is gripped by the worst economic crisis in 80 years, with an official unemployment rate of nearly 10% and a more realistic ...
