A RESOLUTION ENTITLED

A COUNCIL RESOLUTION concerning
Title
The Shepherd's Clinic Endowment Project

FOR the purpose of expressing approval of the application of The Shepherd's Clinic, to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for approval of a project to relocate from 1901 St. Paul Street, to a building that will be renovated at 2800 Kirk Avenue and for an allocation of tax credits for business entities that contribute to the project.
Body
WHEREAS, The Shepherd's Clinic, a nonprofit organization, proposes to undertake the project described above; and

WHEREAS, The Shepherd's Clinic has applied to the Department of Housing and Community Development of the State of Maryland for approval of the project and an allocation of tax credits for business entities that contribute to the Project under the Department's Community Investment Tax Credit Program; and

WHEREAS, The Baltimore City Council approves the renovation project proposed by The Shepherd's Clinic.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That this Body hereby expresses approval of the application of The Shepherd's Clinic to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for approval of a project to relocate from 1901 St. Paul Street to a building that will be renovated at 2800 Kirk Avenue and for an allocation of tax credits for busine...
