(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.


(B) ADVISORY COMMISSION.

“ADVISORY COMMISSION” MEANS THE MAYOR’S ANTI-ANIMAL ABUSE ADVISORY COMMISSION ESTABLISHED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.
