§ 25-1. PROGRAM ESTABLISHED.

(A) IN GENERAL.

THERE IS A CONFISCATED ASSETS FOR NEIGHBORHOODS GRANT PROGRAM IN THE MAYOR’S OFFICE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE.

(B) PURPOSE.

THE PURPOSE OF THE GRANT PROGRAM IS TO FUND COMMUNITY-BASED SAFETY INITIATIVES.
