SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the property known as 1407 Key Highway (Block 1998, Lot 001), and more particularly described as follows:

The subject parcel (Block 1998, Lot 001) is improved by a one-story plus balcony building, containing approximately 39,369 square feet and an outbuilding containing approximately 1650 square feet. The parcel is located on the east side of Key Highway, east of the intersection of Webster Street and Key Highway, and contains approximately 2.410 acres of land, of which 1.541 acres is fast land and 0.869 acres is submerged land.

The parcel is the current location of the City's Fire Department repair facility. This facility, along with the City's Central Garage/Fleet Maintenance facility, will move to a new facility to be cons...
