Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article V, § 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the property known as 222 West Read Street (Block 0503, Lot 012), and more particularly described as follows:

The subject parcel (Block 0503, Lot 012) is an improved parcel of land with a building on it that was previously used to provide public access to cable television management services under the City’s cable television franchise agreement with Comcast of Baltimore City, LP. The subject parcel is located in the Mid-Town Belvedere neighborhood in the central area of Baltimore City.

The lot size is approximately 30' x 54', more or less.

This property being no longer needed for public use.

Section 2. And be it further ordained, That no deed may pass under this Ordinance unless the deed has been approved by the City Solicitor.
