Charter Amendment – Budget, Veto, and Board of Estimates Reform
FOR the purpose of amending certain processes, requirements, and permissions relating to the adoption and rejection of ordinances and resolutions; amending certain processes, requirements, and permissions relating to the adoption and rejection of the City’s budget and certain tax rates; removing certain improper, non-essential, obsolete, and redundant provisions; setting a special effective date; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the City for adoption or rejection.
