Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Article 14. Special Benefits Districts
Subtitle 10. Port Covington Community Benefits District
§ 10-2. District established.
(a) In general.
There is a community benefits district, to be known as the Port Covington Community Benefits District.
(b) Boundaries.
The boundaries of the District are as shown on the [following] map[ appended to this bill,] titled “[Exhibit A] Port Covington Community Benefits District - District Boundaries”, dated June 1, 2023 and on file with the Department of Planning.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
