Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 95-572, as amended by Ordinance 96-096, is repealed, and the authority conferred in that Ordinance to designate certain properties a Business Planned Unit Development known as Lighthouse Point is rescinded.

Section 2. And be it further ordained, That the repeal of Ordinance 95-572, as amended by Ordinance 96-096, has no impact on those grants and obligations memorialized by that certain Pedestrian Promenade Easement Agreement dated October 16, 2002, recorded among t...
