SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 3. General Requirements
§ 10301. Plot plan.
(c) Required reviews.
(1) If a proposed new or expanded use provides for 5 or more new parking spaces, the Zoning Administrator must forward the plot plan for that use to:
(i) the Department of Planning; and
(ii) the Department of [Public Works] TRANSPORTATION.
(2) The Department of [Public Works] TRANSPORTATION must determine:
(i) compliance with:
(A) drainage requirements;
(B) sidewalk, curb, and driveway requirements; and
(C) other relevant standards adopted by the Department of [Public Work...
