Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Department of Transportation shall proceed to condemn and open Water Street, extending from Grant Street easterly 157.35 feet, more or less, to South Calvert Street, and to condemn and open Hollingsworth Street, extending from Water Street southerly 159.6 feet, more or less, to East Lombard Street, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for Parcel 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the west side of South Calvert Street 74 feet wide, and the south side of Water Street 20 feet wide, the point of beginning being distant Northerly160 feet, more or less, measured along the west side of South Calvert Street from East Lombard Street 90 feet wide; thence leaving the west side of South Calvert Street and b...
