Street Encroachment - 101 North Schroeder Street
FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the construction and maintenance of a portion of a building projecting into the public right-of-way on the east side of North Schroeder Street, the south side of West Lexington Street, the west side of North Amity Street, and the north side of West Fayette Street of the property known as 101 North Schroeder Street; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That:
(a) Permission is granted for the construction and maintenance of a portion of a building located on the east side of North Schroeder Street and known as 101 North Schroeder Street, the portion of the building extending into the public right-of-way of North Schroeder Street, the south side of West Lexington Street, the west side of North Amity Street, and the north side of West Fayette Street, subject to the conditions specified in this Ordinance.
(b) The structure may not project into the public right-of-way more than 4 feet, as shown on the structural plan entitled ?Center/West 101 N. Schroeder Street, Block EF, Sheet S1.01S?, as revised January 29, 2016.
