For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 63-1594, as amended by Ordinances 67-962, 67-1042, 70-800, and 75-1061 and by minor amendments approved by the Board of Estimates on October 19, 1966, January 17, 1973, and February 28, 1973, which established the Madison - Park North Urban Renewal Area and Plan; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 63-1594, which established the Madison - Park North Urban Renewal Area and Plan, as amended by Ordinances 67-962, 67-1042, 70-800, and 75-1061 and by minor amendments approved by the Board of Estimates on October 19, 1966, January 17, 1973, and February 28, 1973, is repealed.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
